Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels (primarily Google and Meta).
You have a solid foundation in media buying, understand the metrics that actually matter (like ROAS, CAC, and CPA), and love experimenting with creative hooks and audience targeting to scale account performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, set up, and launch paid search, display, and social media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Structure accounts effectively to ensure efficient budget allocation and clean data tracking.
2. Optimization & Testing
- Conduct daily/weekly monitoring of bids, budgets, quality scores, and impression share.
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, creative formats, and audience segments to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to brief them on what creative angles are winning and what assets need to be built next.
3. Data & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and scaling opportunities.
- Maintain and build performance dashboards (using tools like Looker Studio or GA4) to track weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution modeling are in place.
Requirements & QualificationsExperience
- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of managing a monthly ad spend of at least with clear revenue or lead-generation targets.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is non-negotiable. (Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or programmatic platforms is a major plus).
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking pixels.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for data pivoting, VLOOKUPs, and performance analysis.
Soft Skills
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at cost-per-click; you look at the downstream business impact.
- Agility: Ability to pivot strategies quickly based on performance data or algorithmic shifts.
- Strong communication skills to explain campaign performance and strategy clearly to internal stakeholders or clients.
