Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and business development efforts. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting the sales team in expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.
- Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Conduct initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Track and report lead generation activities and results.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain prospect records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 06–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong internet research and data management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Familiarity with email marketing and outreach campaigns.

- Number of leads generated per month.
- Qualified leads passed to the sales team.
- Outreach activities completed (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages).
- Meeting appointments scheduled.
