We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to plan, coordinate, and manage residential construction projects from commencement to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects as per schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise overall site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor materials, manpower, project costs, and timelines.
- Review drawings and identify construction issues, providing practical solutions.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, interiors, and other works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and track project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to management and clients.
- Handle client coordination and resolve site-related concerns.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction/project management
- Preferred: Strong experience in residential construction projects

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
