Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures
Handle outgoing calls to clients and potential customers for business purposes
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
