Job Summary
Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Desk Manager to oversee front office operations, customer service, administration, sales coordination, and clinic management activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Wellness Centers, Skin Clinics, Cosmetology Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, or Healthcare Facilities and possess strong leadership, operational, and client-handling skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception Management
Manage daily front desk and reception operations.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Supervise appointment scheduling and client flow management.
Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally.
Administration & Operations
Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth clinic operations.
Audit & Compliance
Conduct regular operational and administrative audits.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, billing, inventory, and client documentation.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and company guidelines.
Sales & Revenue Management
Support and monitor front-end sales activities.
Track revenue targets and conversion ratios.
Assist in achieving branch sales and business goals.
Guide the team in upselling and cross-selling services.
Team Management
Supervise reception and front office staff.
Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager, Operations Manager, Clinic Manager, or similar role.
Experience in Wellness Centers, Skin Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Cosmetology Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, or Healthcare Facilities is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of administration, operations, audit processes, reception management, floor management, and sales coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
Training Details
Training will be conducted in Chandigarh for 10–15 days.
Training period will be unpaid.
Accommodation and food will be provided by the company during the training period.
Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be posted at the Jaipur Branch.
Salary will commence from the candidate's first working day at the Jaipur Branch after training completion.
Service Agreement
The selected candidate must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement with the company.
