Job Summary:
The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing garments for dispatch while maintaining quality standards and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick garments and accessories as per order requirements.
- Verify product style, size, color, quantity, and quality before packing.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label, scan, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Assist with stock receiving, sorting, and replenishment when required.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in a garment, apparel, or warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and barcode scanning.
- Ability to lift and move cartons as required.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime during peak seasons.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,600.00 per month
