Role Purpose
Execute programme delivery on the ground across assigned partners in zone. Manage day-to-day partner relationships, drive beneficiary engagement, enable production, build market linkages and ensure financial compliance. Serve as the primary field presence and direct link between partner NGOs and SPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain 100% of assigned partners; zero dropouts without exit plans
- Conduct monthly calls and visits with each partner
- Collect and submit 4C / 5C evidence to support quarterly SPM assessments; 100% before review
- Ensure 80% active beneficiary engagement tracked monthly
- Facilitate volunteer involvement; connect minimum 1 volunteer per partner
- Support disability ecosystem initiatives; participate in sector events (2/year)
- Support National Petalists Day event organisation
- Maintain database of potential NGO partners with disability focus
- Ensure training manual and SOPs followed by all partners; 100% implementation
- Maintain minimum 90% quality acceptance; maximum 10% rejection
- Achieve festival-wise production targets; 80-90% achievement
- Develop 1-2 new products per partner annually with design support
- Ensure eco-friendly product standards compliance; 100% adherence
- Build market linkages (bulk buyers, exhibitions, institutional); minimum 5 half-yearly
- Collect and maintain vendor details for all key raw materials
- Support partners in cost-effective raw material sourcing; track quarterly
- Ensure vendor availability for packaging materials location-wise
- Maintain and update partner-wise sales dashboard; share with SPM monthly
- Collect and submit field data on time; 100% submission with ≤10% discrepancy
- Document impact stories and case studies; minimum 2-3 per partner annually
- Submit visit reports within 48 hours of visit
- Maintain updated partner database and beneficiary records
- Participate in zone-level conclaves and peer learning; minimum 2 per year
- Comply with Craftizen financial policy; 100% compliance, zero unapproved
- Submit expense claims and settlements on time per HR policy; 100%
- Adhere to HR policy (leave, travel, conduct); 100%
- Maintain emergency reserve at zone level; flag to SPM if at risk
- Flag irregularities to SPM immediately; zero unresolved beyond 48 hours
Key Deliverables
- 100% partner retention (documented exit plans for any exits), with monthly calls and visits to each partner
- 4C evidence submitted before each SPM review (100%), 80% active beneficiary engagement tracked monthly, and minimum 1 volunteer connected per partner
- Festival-wise production at 80–90% with quality acceptance at 90%+ (rejection 10% or below), and 1–2 new products per partner annually at 100% eco-friendly compliance
- Minimum 5 market linkages half-yearly, vendor and packaging database maintained current, and partner-wise sales dashboard shared with SPM monthly
- Field data submitted on time (100%, 10% discrepancy or below) and visit reports within 48 hours
- 2–3 impact stories / case studies per partner annually
- Minimum 2 zone-level conclaves per year
- 100% financial and HR policy compliance, with expense claims on time and irregularities flagged to SPM (zero unresolved beyond 48 hours)
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preferred: background in social development or community mobilisation.
3-5 years of field experience in programme delivery, community mobilisation or partner management. Experience working with grassroots organizations and beneficiary communities.
