Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead both digital and print marketing initiatives for our Five-Star Deluxe Resort. The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue across rooms, weddings, events, food & beverage, spa, and other resort offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing, including website, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Coordinate print marketing materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and advertisements.
- Develop engaging content, photography, and videos for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Manage relationships with agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors.
- Support the Sales team with presentations and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, hotels, or resorts.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
