About Celestile
Celestile is a growing luxury designer stone boutique specializing in premium natural stone, tiles, and surface solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Location: Shamshabad, Hyderabad (Near KLCC Convention Centre)
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom and project sales for premium stone and interior products.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct customer consultations, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and CRM teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or sales management experience, preferably in Natural Stone, Tiles, Luxury Interiors, Building Materials, or Premium Retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
