Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced TNPSC General Studies (GS) Faculty to train aspirants for TNPSC Group I, II, IIA, IV, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach General Studies subjects as per the latest TNPSC syllabus.
- Handle History, Polity, Geography, Economics, Science, Current Affairs, and Tamil Nadu-specific topics.
- Conduct regular tests, answer-writing practice, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide individual guidance.
- Stay updated with TNPSC notifications, syllabus changes, and exam patterns.
- Deliver engaging classroom and/or online sessions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching TNPSC/UPSC/State PSC candidates (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the TNPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and/or English.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in content creation and test series preparation.
- Ability to motivate and mentor aspirants.
Salary
₹15,000–₹25000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
