Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell poultry feed products to farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Identify new markets, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct farm visits, dealer/distributor meetings, and field activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to farmers regarding feed usage, bird health, and productivity improvement.
Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Coordinate with the technical and supply chain team for smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Maintain daily reports and update sales activities in ERP/CRM.
