Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing interior design proposals, customer quotations, design presentations, material selections, and coordinating with the sales and production teams for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project quotations and cost estimates.
- Create 2D drawings and space planning layouts.
- Develop 3D designs and presentation drawings.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements and revisions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and project presentations.
- Coordinate with production and project execution teams.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget, and company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior design and quotation preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior materials.
- Good understanding of project costing and estimation.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular interior projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and project costing.
- Familiarity with production drawings and site coordination.
- Experience with interior ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
