Role Overview
Martech Space Castle is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to support our sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, follow-ups, and initial conversions for our IT and Digital Marketing services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with outbound calling, and possess the ability to qualify leads and nurture prospects into potential business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate B2B leads.
- Execute email marketing campaigns for prospect engagement.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold calling
- Database calling
- Social selling activities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
2. WhatsApp Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Engage prospects through WhatsApp communication.
- Share company profiles, service offerings, and introductory proposals.
- Perform timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
3. Inbound & Outbound Sales
- Handle inbound inquiries from:
- Website leads
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp messages
- Qualify leads and coordinate with Senior Sales Executives.
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
4. Sales Conversion Support
- Convert initial inquiries into qualified prospects.
- Schedule meetings and demo sessions for the senior sales team.
- Assist in deal closures through consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
5. CRM Management & Reporting
- Update CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
- Track daily activities, including:
- Calls made
- Leads generated
- Follow-ups completed
- Meetings scheduled
- Submit regular performance reports to the reporting manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp business communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
