Job Responsibilities
Teach Food & Beverage Service subjects through theory and practical classes.
Conduct training in restaurant service, bar operations, banquet service, and hospitality etiquette.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students and monitor academic progress and grooming standards.
Coordinate industrial training, placements, and industry interactions.
Participate in academic events, seminars, workshops, and departmental activities.
Maintain training restaurants, service equipment, and lab standards.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management.
Master’s Degree Mandatory.
Relevant industry and/or teaching experience preferred. Skills Required
Strong knowledge of F&B Service operations.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Practical training and classroom management abilities.
Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality service standards preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant hotel industry or teaching experience.

Head of Department / Director
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
