Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing Alstom's global IT order and asset management function, driving strategic planning, financial governance, vendor performance, and service excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (IS&T, Finance, Business Partners, Procurement), establish governance frameworks, and lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within order management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing executive dashboards and insights on cost, demand, and operational performance, but also define global standards for device and service configurations.
We’ll look to you for:
Owning and governing the global IT order lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and SLA adherence
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across regions and functions
Driving cost optimization strategies and maximizing value from IT spend
Acting as a senior stakeholder interface for IS&T, Finance, Business Partners, and Procurement leadership
Establishing governance frameworks ensuring compliance with procurement, audit, and IT policies
Leading vendor strategy, contract negotiations, and performance management
Driving data accuracy and integration across ServiceNow, SAP/ERP, and asset systems
Providing leadership, mentoring, and direction to junior specialists or global teams

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain

Vendor negotiation and commercial acumen
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
