Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Executive to help manage daily office work. The person will support the team by handling basic administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic communication
- Maintain files and records in an organized way
- Assist in preparing reports and documents
- Coordinate with staff and help with office needs
- Manage office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Support management with simple tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage time well
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Prior office experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
