We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Assist in planning, setting up, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Support campaign launches, audience targeting, ad scheduling, and budget allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to support campaign strategies.
- Research new advertising features, tools, and industry best practices.
Performance Optimization
- Track and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
- Assist in A/B testing creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and results.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with content, design, and video teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Work closely with senior marketers to execute growth and lead-generation campaigns.
- Assist in managing project timelines and campaign deliverables.
Tracking & Measurement
- Support implementation and monitoring of tracking tools, pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters.
- Assist in maintaining accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in performance marketing.
