Responsibilities Basic networking and troubleshooting support Installation & troubleshooting of Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, AES Support for Avaya Media Gateways & Port Networks Work with SIP, IP & TDM-based voice environments Assist in maintaining and supporting voice infrastructure Collaborate with teams for issue resolution and escalation.
