Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AEP Developer / Integration Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to support customer data management, integration, and activation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with XDM schema design, datasets, identity management, and data integration processes within AEP.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain XDM Schemas aligned with business and marketing data requirements.
Create, configure, and manage AEP Datasets for ingesting, storing, and governing customer data.
Implement and optimize Identity Mapping strategies to enable accurate customer profile unification.
Configure and manage identity namespaces and identity stitching processes within Adobe Experience Platform.
Support data ingestion from multiple source systems and ensure data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to define data models and integration requirements.
Troubleshoot data ingestion, schema validation, and identity resolution issues.
Ensure adherence to AEP best practices, data governance standards, and platform performance requirements.
Required Skills
4-6 years of experience in data integration and customer data platform implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Expertise in XDM Schemas, schema modeling, and profile-enabled schemas.
Experience working with Datasets, batch and streaming ingestion processes.
Strong understanding of Identity Mapping, Identity Graph, and profile unification concepts.
Experience configuring identity namespaces and resolving identity-related issues in AEP.
Good understanding of customer data architecture and data transformation concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
