About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, and talent management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills with a keen interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Assist in onboarding new employees and interns.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
3. HR Operations
- Support daily HR administrative activities.
- Maintain HR databases and employee information.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Ensure HR records are accurate and confidential.
4. Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Support employee communication initiatives.
- Help create surveys and collect employee feedback.
- Contribute ideas to improve workplace culture and employee experience.
5. Performance & Training Support
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain training records and attendance.
- Support performance review processes and documentation.
- Help prepare reports related to employee development activities.
6. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure employee records comply with company policies.
- Organize and maintain HR files and documentation.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Assist in updating HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) when required.
7. HR Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment progress and hiring metrics.
- Maintain internship and employee data.
- Generate reports related to recruitment and HR activities.
8. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with HR practices, recruitment trends, and labor laws.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Learn HR software and recruitment tools used by the organization.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior internship or certification in Human Resources is an added advantage.
