Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Support HR operations and maintain employee records.
- Contribute to employer branding and engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
