Job Description*
*About the Role*
We are looking for an energetic *Costumer Service tellecaller* to help grow our customer base and drive sales. This is a great entry-level role if you love talking to people, meeting targets, and learning sales from the ground up.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Lead Generation*: Find new customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and field visits
*Sales & Conversion*: Pitch products/services, handle customer queries, and close deals
*Relationship Building*: Maintain good rapport with existing clients and do regular follow-ups
*Target Achievement*: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets given by manager
- *Market Research*: Understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
- *Documentation*: Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client data accurately
- *Support*: Coordinate with delivery, billing, and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education*: 12th pass / Graduate. Freshers can apply
- *Experience*: 0-2 years in sales. Field sales / B2B / B2C experience is a plus
- *Communication*: Good spoken Hindi, English, and local language. Confident personality
- *Skills*: Negotiation, convincing skills, basic computer + MS Excel, smartphone usage
- *Other*: Self-motivated, target-oriented, willing to travel locally. Own 2-wheeler preferred
