Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marble, tiles, sanitary ware, and bath fittings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and builders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the billing and warehouse teams for order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organised and presentable.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales (experience in marble, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials is an advantage).
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, email, WhatsApp).
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. English is an added advantage.
