We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly organized Student Coordinator to manage student welfare, daily operations, and administrative tasks within our student community. The ideal candidate will act as a primary bridge between students, parents, and institution management—ensuring a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment that promotes both personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Welfare & Support: Serve as a mentor to students, assisting with onboarding, orientation, and adjustment to campus life. Provide guidance and resolve interpersonal conflicts with a firm yet approachable demeanor.
- Administration & Documentation: Manage , room/seat allotments, check-in/check-out documentation, and maintain precise digital logs of daily attendance and student movement using MS Excel/Word.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce campus/hostel guidelines, safety protocols, and curfew timings. Monitor security personnel and visitor logs to guarantee a secure living and learning environment.
- Crisis Management: Act as the first line of response for emergencies (medical or logistical), coordinating quick medical transfers or interventions and keeping management and parents transparently informed.
- Operations & Facility Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance staff (plumbing, electrical, Wi-Fi) and housekeeping teams to ensure immaculate standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Humanities, Social Work, or Hospitality/Residential Management is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in student coordination, hostel management, academic administration, or a similar residential supervisor role.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and handling official email correspondence.
- Key Traits: High emotional intelligence, strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to handle occasional off-hours or emergency calls if a critical situation arises.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
