Executive Assistant to Director
Ashay Plastic Group is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing priorities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that assigned work is completed on time.
This is not a conventional secretarial role. The Executive Assistant will act as the Director’s coordination and follow-up partner, helping convert discussions and decisions into completed actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and follow up on the Director’s daily task and delegation list.
- Coordinate with department heads, employees, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Obtain clear completion commitments with dates and times.
- Track pending work and provide regular status updates.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, emails, documents, and reminders.
- Draft professional emails, letters, meeting notes, and follow-up messages.
- Conduct online research and prepare short summaries.
- Assist with confidential business matters and occasional personal coordination.
- Organise information, reports, and documents using Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email.
- Escalate delays, missed commitments, and important issues to the Director.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional follow-up and task-tracking ability.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and Google Search.
- Confident in coordinating with senior employees and following up respectfully but firmly.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Stable employment history is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will ensure that the Director does not have to repeatedly remember, chase, or personally coordinate routine tasks. She or he will create clarity, maintain accountability, and help the Director focus on thinking, decision-making, and business growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
