TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, remote sessions, and on-site visits, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application-related problems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and related IT equipment according to customer requirements and company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers with DIPLOMA/BCA/MCA preferred
Should Have Good Knowledge About Computer Systems basics
Customer focus and being attentive.
Good communication skill in English and Hindi.
