Liaison & Collaboration: Coordinating between architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve design or execution conflicts. Key Requirements & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading structural blueprints, understanding concrete mix designs, and using software like AutoCAD or MS Project. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and quick problem-solving abilities on the field.
