The Role
You will own the top of our sales funnel. The founder takes every sales call personally — your job is to fill his calendar with qualified conversations. This is an execution-heavy outbound role, not a strategy role. You'll build lists, write and send outreach, follow up relentlessly, and book meetings.
What You'll Do
* Build targeted prospect lists of SMB founders and non-technical business owners (using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar)
* Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns end to end , which includes copy, sequencing, sending, deliverability, follow-ups
* Position our AI solutions angle (production-grade, compliance-first AI) in outreach messaging and iterate based on reply data
* Qualify inbound replies and book discovery calls directly onto the founder's calendar
* Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM
* Report weekly on volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and what's working vs. what isn't
* Experiment constantly: new segments, new angles, new channels
What Success Looks Like
* Month 1: outreach engine live -> lists built, domains warmed, first campaigns sending
* Month 3: a predictable flow of qualified discovery calls booked every week
* Month 6+: outbound is a reliable pipeline channel, not an experiment
Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years in outbound lead generation, SDR/BDR, or growth roles. Should be selling services (agency, consulting, or dev shops) to founders or SMBs
* Hands-on with prospecting and outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalents)
* Strong written English, your cold emails will often be the first thing a prospect ever sees from us
* Understands email deliverability basics (domain warmup, spam avoidance, personalization at scale)
* Self-managed and consistent — this role lives and dies on daily execution
* Bonus: familiarity with AI/software services and the ability to talk credibly about them at a surface level
