We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Process Coordinator to bridge the gap between our manufacturing operations and warehouse management. In this role, you will be the central point of contact ensuring that raw materials flow seamlessly into production and finished goods are efficiently transitioned to the warehouse. Your primary goal will be to eliminate bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support continuous plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Warehouse Coordination
- Synchronize Operations: Align daily production schedules with warehouse inventory availability to ensure zero delays in the manufacturing line.
- Material Requisition: Coordinate the timely transfer of raw materials, packaging, and components from the warehouse to specific production zones.
- Finished Goods Transition: Oversee the smooth handover of completed products from the production floor to the warehouse for storage and shipping.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Real-Time Tracking: Monitor inventory levels using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Warehouse Management System (WMS) to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Conduct regular reconciliation between physical stock and system records; investigate and resolve any variances.
- Wastage Control: Track material usage variances on the production floor and report anomalies to management.
3. Process Optimization & Logistics
- Workflow Mapping: Identify bottlenecks in the material handling process and implement strategies to streamline the workflow between the plant and the warehouse.
- Space Utilization: Collaborate with the warehouse manager to optimize storage space based on upcoming production forecasts.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all material movements adhere to plant safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications & SkillsExperience & Education
- Education: High School Diploma / GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment, ideally in a coordination or supervisory role.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data tracking).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S methodologies is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across different departments (operators, warehouse staff, and plant management).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and quickly resolve logistical hiccups on the production floor.
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy production plant environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts to monitor different zones.
- Occasional lifting of packages up to 30 lbs may be required.
Pay: ₹10,092.75 - ₹34,941.29 per month
