Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The role involves handling office coordination, vendor management, and supporting internal teams with administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors
- Oversee office maintenance, equipment, and facility requirements
- Manage courier, mail, and front-office coordination
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal communications
- Manage travel arrangements including hotel bookings and ticket bookings (flights/train/cabs)
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings and official travel
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
