We are currently looking for a SailPoint Scrum Master to join KeyData's Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ (IIQ), and broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. You will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams adopt Agile best practices, remove impediments, improve delivery efficiency, and drive successful outcomes for enterprise IAM initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of complex identity transformation projects. - Serve as Scrum Master for SailPoint ISC, IIQ, and IAM delivery teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and PI Planning
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and continuous improvement practices
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks, blockers, and dependencies impacting delivery
- Develop and maintain implementation plans, sprint roadmaps, and release schedules for IAM programs
- Track and report Agile delivery metrics, team velocity, sprint progress, and program KPIs using Jira and Confluence
- Support planning and execution of large-scale SailPoint implementation and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Drive effective communication across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Facilitate dependency management across multiple Agile teams and workstreams
- Promote DevOps, automation, and quality-focused engineering practices
- Coach teams toward self-organization, accountability, and high performance
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalation management to leadership teams
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments
- Assist with resource planning, capacity management, and sprint forecasting
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software delivery teams
- Strong experience facilitating Agile delivery in enterprise technology environments
- Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Identity Governance programs
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Proven experience leading delivery of large, complex, and cross-functional technology initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and program reporting
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- English language proficiency required
- Experience supporting SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, or other IAM platforms
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience delivering projects in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Pharmaceutical sectors
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud delivery practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other Agile delivery platforms
- Exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management concepts
- Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams, programs, or portfolios
- Familiarity with AI-assisted Agile delivery and reporting tools. #LI-AS1
