Responsible for supervising daily HM/OP production activities, managing manpower, maintaining quality and productivity, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations as per production plans.
- Manage and guide production workers, allocate duties, and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved within the given timelines.
- Monitor HM/OP production processes, machinery, raw materials, and manpower utilization to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, quality standards, and production-related SOPs.
- Maintain daily production records, attendance, material consumption, wastage, and other required reports, and coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Practical knowledge of HM/OP production processes, machinery, and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of production workers effectively.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining production records and preparing reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
