Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in EPC and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity estimation, billing, project documentation, and execution support. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, item rate bills, DPRs, working estimates, and departmental billing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and Item Rate Bills.
- Prepare Working Estimates, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and cost estimates.
- Prepare and maintain Department Bills using the Computerized Measurement Book (CMB).
- Prepare and review contractor/client billing as per contract specifications.
- Generate and maintain Daily Project Reports (DPR) and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and government departments.
- Verify quantities executed at site and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor project progress, maintain records, and support project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, departmental standards, and contractual requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in EPC, infrastructure, or government construction projects.

- BOQ preparation
- Item Rate Billing

- Detailed Project Reports (DPR)
- Computerized Measurement Book (CMB)
- Department Billing
- Daily Project Reporting
- Good understanding of EPC contracts and project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Guwahati, Assam
