Job Description : Assistant Manager Position Title: Assistant Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Assistant Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through successful completion and responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, managing project budgets, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams. This role is critical to achieving project objectives while ensuring safety, client satisfaction, and long-term business success.Key Responsibilities: Ensure project execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, Joint Measurement Records (JMR), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, project abstracts, technical specifications, and contractual requirements. Track project progress against the baseline schedule and prepare periodic progress reports for management review. Manage project costs, billing, cash flow, and resource utilization to achieve financial objectives. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site review meetings, and performance evaluations to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Attend client meetings and address project-related queries and concerns. Support project handover, snag rectification, and project closure activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4–10 years of experience in construction. Knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and quality control.Skills: Site Planning and Execution Communication and Negotiation Skills Team Leadership and Manpower Management Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Problem-Solving and Decision-MakingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Timely completion of project milestones Adherence to quality standards Zero major safety incidents Efficient manpower and material utilization
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
