- Increase Revenue: Expand our market share and hit sales goals across Tamil Nadu.
- Build Dealer Networks: Appoint, manage, and scale a strong network of medical dealers and distributors.
- Secure Hospital Contracts: Pitch to and close B2B sales with private and government hospitals.
- Track the Market: Monitor competitor moves and industry trends to grab new business.
