Role Overview
Supria Munjal Atelier is looking for a dynamic Store Associate / Fashion Consultant. You will drive couture revenue and manage VIP client relationships. You will deliver luxury service and coordinate seamlessly with the production team.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators
1. Sales Performance & Couture Revenue
- Drive individual monthly and quarterly boutique sales targets.
- Maximize the Average Transaction Value (ATV) during client interactions.
- Convert walk-ins and scheduled appointments into couture buyers.
2. Clienteling & VIP Relationship Management
- Build long-term loyalty to increase repeat client retention rates.
- Grow and maintain a personal VIP client database.
- Conduct proactive outreach to book private styling consultations.
3. Customer Experience & Luxury Service
- Deliver elite hospitality to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage fitting sessions flawlessly to maintain zero customer complaints.
- Update client style profiles and track fabric preferences accurately.
4. Operations & Cross-Department Liaison
- Submit error-free custom order specifications to the production team.
- Track timelines to ensure on-time delivery of client alterations.
- Maintain daily compliance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or couture.
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of luxury textiles, silhouettes, and garment construction.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
