Overview
Mars India (HMIM) is a specialized manufacturer of automotive components, including LSM (Lumbar Support Motor), VBM (Vent Blower Motor), and PCB Assembly. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage the company's financial and accounting operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Bills Processing and Invoicing activities.
- Maintain accurate Books of Accounts using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and monitor banking transactions.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and conduct ITC Reconciliation (GSTR-2B).
- Manage TDS-related activities and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation and management.
- Monitor and manage Cash Flow, Forecasting, Accounts Payable (A/P), and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Prepare Weekly MIS Reports related to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Profit & Loss.
- Coordinate with CA office for taxation, audit, and compliance matters.
- Manage tax-related reports and other accounting and financing activities.
Common Requirements
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in manufacturing industry accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Reporting Skills: Strong capability in preparing MD-level reports and presentations.
- Korean Business Culture: Familiar with Korean corporate reporting styles (data-driven, fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and immediate reporting to MD).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Korean will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA Inter will be preferred.
Preferred Industry
- Manufacturing / Automotive Industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 per year
