HR Associate – International Student & Compliance Specialist
Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented HR Associate to join our US Environmental division. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of international students, ensure strict regulatory compliance and resolve complex onboarding and offboarding challenges. You will act as a primary point of contact to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment with all US employment laws.Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Direct the full entry and exit lifecycle for all international students and employees.
- Compliance Management: Prepare, review and file crucial visa and employment applications to maintain absolute corporate compliance.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate, track and resolve payroll, documentation and sponsorship discrepancies quickly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain pristine digital and physical employee files in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal managers and legal teams to streamline specialized environmental team workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 0-1 years of HR experience, ideally focusing on international student hiring or compliance.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US immigration processes, OPT/CPT regulations, and general employment law.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem solving capabilities and excellent cross cultural communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
