We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. The QA Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing our quality assurance strategy, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a strong technical background in various testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in QA processes. Should have extensively worked on ERP solutions and testing strategies.
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in the Industry
- Should have worked on Fusion ERP as a QA Lead responsible for Test planning, design/implementation and execution
- The project worked on should have had Integrations, so that there is experience around end-to-end testing from a process stand point (like Salesforce to ERP to downstream systems like database, planning apps, finance apps, etc)
- Should have tools experience around Sonarqube, Datadog etc. and have knowledge around pulling QA metrics out of these tools
- Experience in presenting QA slides during program governance and good communication skills are a must
- Exposure to GenAI tools would be a big plus
- Experience around other ERPs like EBS would be a big plus
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for new features and existing functionalities across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the entire software testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to increase efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and project managers to understand requirements, define testable criteria, and ensure quality throughout the development process.
- Establish and monitor key QA metrics, providing regular reports on test progress, defect status, and overall product quality.
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution processes, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
- Champion best practices in QA, including test data management, environment setup, and release readiness.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
