JOB DESCRIPTION (JJD)
1. Content Execution Support
- Schedule posts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Upload reels, captions, hashtags
- Maintain content calendar
2. Community & Engagement
- Reply to comments
- Reply to basic DMs (templates you provide)
- Post polls/questions in WhatsApp community
- Engage with followers (like, reply, react)
3. Outreach Support (BIG ONE for you)
Since your executive is doing:
- Parenting mentor outreach
- Collaborations
Intern can support by:
- Finding parenting influencers/mentors
- Making list (name, followers, contact)
- Sending initial outreach messages (template-based)
- Following up
4. Content Research
- Find trending reels ideas
- Save competitor content
- Suggest hooks (basic level)
5. Backup Operations (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Executive on leave → Intern runs posting + engagement
- You on leave → Executive runs strategy + intern supports
Intern main tasks:
- Posting content
- Replies (comments + DMs)
- Polls & community
- Data entry (lists, tracking)
Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
