We are looking for an experienced QA / Test Lead with strong expertise in Data Validation, ETL Testing, SQL, Data Reconciliation, and Enterprise Data Transformation.
The ideal candidate will lead testing activities for data engineering, migration, and modernization projects, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and adherence to business transformation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for enterprise data transformation projects.
- Perform ETL testing, source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, and data-quality checks.
- Validate source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and business rules.
- Identify, log, prioritize, track, and manage defects through the complete testing lifecycle.
- Plan and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and stakeholder validation.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and business users.
- Prepare test reports, defect dashboards, test-summary reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with testing standards.
- Drive improvements in QA processes, test automation, and data-quality frameworks.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in QA, ETL Testing, Data Testing, or Data Transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL testing and data validation.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data comparison.
- Experience with data reconciliation and data-quality validation.
- Experience validating Source-to-Target Mapping documents.
- Strong understanding of business transformation rules.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
- Experience working on enterprise data migration, modernization, or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience.
- Data governance and data-quality management experience.
- Data migration or enterprise modernization project exposure.
- Automation testing exposure for ETL or data-engineering programs.
- Agile delivery experience.
Pay: ₹50,921.13 - ₹150,886.06 per month
