Customer Support: Answer inbound calls to resolve product or service issues and complaints accurately.
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain features, and generate qualified sales leads.
Data Management: Log call details, update customer information, and maintain records in the CRM or system.
Product Promotions: Inform existing and potential customers about new plans, offers, or products.
