Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our business across North India. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, business conversions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills with the ability to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, references, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across North India.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in project-based sales will be an added advantage.
