- Proposal Development Management
- Lead the creation of RFP RFI responses proposals and presentations
- Ensure alignment of proposals with client objectives competitive positioning and differentiators
- Develop executive summaries value propositions and win themes
- Maintain consistency quality and compliance across all proposal artifacts
- Stakeholder Team Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact across cross functional teams Sales SMEs Delivery Finance Legal
- Facilitate solution workshops review calls and bid discussions
- Manage internal stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and alignment
- Drive senior stakeholder engagement and approvals
- Commercial Compliance Management
- Work closely with finance commercial teams to structure pricing and commercial models
- Ensure proposals comply with client RFP requirements legal policies and internal standards
- Support contract negotiations and align bid commitments with delivery capabilities
- Content Knowledge Management
- Maintain and enhance proposal repositories templates and reusable content
- Leverage best practices case studies and benchmarks to strengthen proposals
- Drive continuous improvement in proposal quality turnaround time and win rates
- Bid Analytics Reporting
- Track bid pipeline conversion rates and performance metrics
- Conduct win loss analysis to refine future bid strategies
