Qube Cinema Network is expanding its presence in Karnataka and is looking for a young, driven sales professional to lead advertising monetization across the Coastal Karnataka belt.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of media, brands, and cinema, driving partnerships that bring brands onto the big screen.

Drive ad sales revenue across cinema screens in Coastal Karnataka (Mangalore and surrounding markets)

Build and manage relationships with local clients, agencies, and regional brands

Identify new business opportunities across retail, FMCG, real estate, education, auto, healthcare, and SME segments

Pitch cinema advertising solutions and brand integrations

Work on innovative media solutions and on-ground activations

Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching closure execution coordination

Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and delivery

2–5 years of experience in media sales / advertising / B2B sales

Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Coastal Karnataka

Good network with clients / agencies in Mangalore region (preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-ownership role
