Position:. Management Trainee Sales (Freshers)
Role Overview
This is a full-time role based in Ernakulam / Alappuzha / Kottayam / Pathanamthitta.
As a Management Trainee - Sales , you will be trained to understand customer energy needs and promote solar solutions across residential and commercial segments. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, renewable energy, and building a strong career in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads in assigned regions
- Promote solar solutions to residential and commercial customers
- Understand basic customer requirements and assist in solution proposals
- Support senior sales engineers in preparing quotations and presentations
- Conduct site visits and client meetings (with guidance)
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Stay updated on solar basics, government schemes, and market trends
Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree / Any Graduation (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with strong interest in sales and renewable energy preferred
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel across Kerala
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, etc.)
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
