We are hiring a *CRM Executive* for a leading organization based in Thane. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with *2–4 years of experience* who are passionate about customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
Location:* Wagle Estate, Thane (West)
CTC:* ₹2.8–3 LPA
Working Hours:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Working Days:* Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
* Manage day-to-day customer relationship activities and ensure high-quality customer support.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
* Ensure all customer service issues are resolved within defined turnaround times (TAT).
* Support daily CRM operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
* Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, and other departments to address customer queries and provide timely updates.
* Assist with post-sales follow-ups and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
* *Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English is mandatory.*
* 2–4 years of experience working with CRM software.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
