- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary candidate assessments.
- Explain job roles, company information, compensation structure, and interview
- process to candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for assigned positions.
- Generate quality candidate leads and maintain consistent sourcing activity.
- Contact and invite shortlisted candidates for interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with Senior HR Recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates receive interview details, location information, and joining
- instructions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve interview attendance and joining ratios.
- Track candidate movement through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Reporting & Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
- Track interviews, selections, offers, joinings, and dropouts.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and SOPs.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Update candidate status at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Record daily calling activities, interview schedules, and follow-up reports.
- Ensure recruitment data is accurate, updated, and readily available.
- Support Senior HR Recruiters with reporting and documentation.
- Follow company recruitment SOPs, processes, and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
