Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demos
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and maintain sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and technology products
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
