Job Summary
Ganesh Cars Pvt Ltd We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive to manage automobile spare parts inventory and support showroom/service operations efficiently. The candidate should have knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory management, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts sales and inventory operations
- Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels
- Issue spare parts to the service department as required
- Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts availability and pricing
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement
- Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts
- Prepare daily stock and sales reports
- Monitor fast-moving and non-moving spare parts
- Maintain accurate billing and documentation
- Ensure timely ordering and availability of required parts
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts
- Computer knowledge and inventory management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in automobile spare parts management preferred
